A lot can happen to an unattended property in just 30 days. That’s why we strongly recommend scheduling 2–4 inspection visits per month to keep your home in top condition.

Below are the residential home watch rates for houses, condos, and estates. Properties over 3,500 square feet are classified as estates and will be billed accordingly.
