Clients may select their preferred delivery method when completing the service agreement.<\/p>\n<p>In the event of a security issue, property damage, or maintenance concern, we will immediately notify you and recommend a course of action. You will also receive digital photographs documenting the condition of your home.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vendor Oversight<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>While you are away, Angel Home Watch of SWFL monitors the services provided by your contracted vendors, such as landscaping, pest control, and pool maintenance companies, to ensure the service quality you expect. If issues arise, we will promptly coordinate with vendors to resolve them and keep you informed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hurricane Preparedness<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the event of an emergency\u2014including hurricanes or severe storms\u2014an Angel Home Watch representative is available 24\/7 to provide assistance. We maintain trusted vendor relationships and oversee all details, including damage documentation and coordination with insurance agents.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service Agreement &amp; Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Home watch inspections begin once we receive your signed service agreement and the first month\u2019s payment.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Service plans run month-to-month but may be prepaid for the season.<\/li>\n<li>A 30-day notice is required to terminate services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For concierge services, an authorized credit card and signature on file are required. Charges will be billed on the day of service. We ask for at least 48 hours\u2019 notice to schedule concierge services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Payment Terms:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Payments are due on the 1st of each month.<\/li>\n<li>You will not be billed for months when no inspections are requested.<\/li>\n<li>Accepted payment options include full payment, monthly invoicing, or automatic monthly deductions.<\/li>\n<li>Clients paying by check will receive services after payment clears.<\/li>\n<li>Returned or declined payments will incur a $30 fee. Customers are responsible for any reasonable collection costs if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Alarm Response &amp; Security Monitoring<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Angel Home Watch of SWFL can serve as your local emergency contact and key-holder in case of an alarm activation. You must notify your alarm monitoring company to contact your home watch service and the appropriate local authorities. You will receive a detailed update on the current condition of your home, along with any recommendations if necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Many things can go wrong in 30 days in an unattended property. That\u2019s why we strongly recommend 2-4 inspection visits per month to ensure your home remains in top condition.<\/p>\n<p>Below are the residential home watch rates for houses, condos, and estates. Properties over 3,500 square feet are considered estates and will be charged accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>Everything is now polished and aligned with Angel Home Watch.
