How often do you visit my property?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly inspection plans. Weekly visits are the most popular option to detect and resolve potential issues quickly. Additional visits can be arranged upon request.

What is included in a standard home inspection?

Each visit includes a thorough check of your air conditioning, plumbing fixtures, windows, doors, pest activity, signs of water damage, pool condition (if applicable), and overall property security. You’ll receive a detailed report and photos after every inspection.

What happens if you find a problem during an inspection?

If we discover any issues during our visit, we will immediately notify you and recommend the best course of action. We can also coordinate repairs or services with trusted vendors on your behalf.

Can you start my car while I’m away?

Yes! Upon request (and for a small additional fee), we will start and inspect your vehicle during regular home checks to help maintain battery health and overall condition.
